Loyalty & CRM integration

Reward your online orders in Spoonity.

Register every Ordering.co order in your Spoonity loyalty program, so customers earn rewards on the orders they place on your own website and apps.

Spoonity runs the loyalty program. Ordering.co runs online ordering.

Spoonity is built for restaurant loyalty. Ordering.co is built for online ordering, so you keep your loyalty program in Spoonity and give your customers a complete ordering experience on your own channels:

  • More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across websites, apps, marketplaces, kiosks, call centers, loyalty, and delivery.
  • Your own branded channels. Customers order on your website and apps, under your brand.
  • Your design, not a template. Build the experience with your own custom design, with help from our team.
  • Built to extend. Connect your own tools through APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.

Why use Spoonity with Ordering.co

  • Online orders count toward loyalty. Every order placed on your Ordering.co channels is registered in Spoonity.
  • Matched to the right customer. Each order is registered with the email on the customer’s account.
  • Canceled orders stay out. Rejected and canceled orders are voided in Spoonity automatically.
  • Linked records. The Spoonity reference is saved on the Ordering.co order, so your team can trace each order across both systems.

  3. Spoonity registers the order in your loyalty program for that customer.
  4. Ordering.co saves the Spoonity reference on the order.
