Ordering.co automation
Deliver more than your menu.
Let customers request a special pickup and delivery from your website, with the distance, weight, and delivery fee checked by the rules you set in Ordering.co.
How the automation runs
A special request, checked against your rules.
When
A customer requests a special deliveryFrom the Custom order banner on supported website layouts, the customer chooses where to pick up and where to deliver.
Then
- Distance is checked
Ordering.co compares the route with your maximum delivery distance before the customer can continue.
- The request is described
The customer lists the items and quantities. Depending on your website, the form can also show instructions, a declared value, and the delivery fee.
- The order is placed
The customer chooses from the payment options your website shows and places the request, which reaches your team as an order.
More orders from the same fleet
Custom orders let your customers ask for deliveries that are not on any menu, and your team handles them like any other order:
- New revenue. Offer errands, special purchases, and one-off deliveries with your own drivers.
- Your rules first. You set the maximum distance and the fee per km, and requests beyond your distance limit cannot be placed.
- One operation. Custom requests arrive in Ordering.co next to the rest of your orders.
