Help customers find their way back to your stores.
A personalized home page opens with the businesses that serve the customer's address. From there, configurable search filters, a map view, an offers page, and direct links help customers discover a business and pick up right where they left off.
Store discovery
What you can do
Personalized home page
The home page combines a promotional banner, featured or sponsored businesses, business-type shortcuts, and the businesses that serve the customer's address.
Configurable search filters
Choose which filters customers can use when browsing: sort, brands, price range, maximum delivery fee, maximum delivery time, maximum distance, and business categories.
Map view of nearby businesses
Customers switch to a map to find nearby businesses as markers, with the filtered list available beside it on desktop.
Browse and use offers
Customers review the offers available for their location and order type, search them by name, and continue to a participating business.
Products ordered before
On a business page, signed-in customers see the products they ordered there before, limited to what's still available.
Recommendations by dietary preference
Suggest products from a customer's dietary preferences.
Direct store links
Share a link that opens a specific store page directly.
Deep links to a product, checkout, or order
A product link opens the product dialog directly, and app links and notifications can open a business, a product, checkout, or an order.

Customer app and website
Find nearby businesses on a map
Customers can switch to a map to find businesses near their ordering location, with the filtered list available beside the map on desktop.
- Markers appear for the businesses returned near the customer's location
- Selecting a marker can show a business summary before opening its full page
- On desktop, the business results and configured filters stay visible beside the map
- Filters remain available on the map view
- If the map is unavailable, customers can use the business list or search instead
Customer app and website
Browse and use offers
A dedicated offers page lets customers review the promotions available for their location and order type, search them by name, and continue to a participating business.
- Each offer can show its name, expiration, and, when available, an image and description
- Search narrows the list by offer name
- Offer details can include the discount value, what it applies to (subtotal, delivery fee, or service fee), the minimum purchase, and a coupon code when one applies
- Selecting Use coupon under a listed business takes the customer there to continue ordering
- The Offers navigation item appears only when promotions are enabled
Customer app and website
Recommendations from what customers already like
On a business page, signed-in customers see the products they ordered there before, and the platform can suggest products from a customer's dietary preferences.
- Shown only to signed-in customers
- Identifies the earlier order date
- Limited to products that are currently available
- Opens the product to review its current details before adding it again
- Recommendations from a customer's dietary preferences
Website and customer app
Links that open a specific store or product
Share a link that opens a specific store directly, or a product link that opens its details over the business page. Inside the app, a recognized link can also open a business, a product, checkout, or an order.
- Published links can open a business through a store path or a shorter business path
- A product link opens the same product dialog directly when the product remains available
- Customers should use a link generated by the Website rather than build one by hand
- In the app, a recognized link can open a business or product, checkout, or an order
- Order notifications open the corresponding order details
How it works
From setup to the next order.
- 01Start from a personalized home
The home page opens with a banner, featured businesses, and the stores that serve the customer's address.
- 02Narrow the search or switch to the map
Customers apply the filters you turned on, or switch to the map view to browse nearby businesses.
- 03Reorder and jump back in
Signed-in customers see products they ordered before, get recommendations from their dietary preferences, and can follow a direct link straight back to a store or product.
Good to know
- The offers page is separate from coupons applied in the cart; it appears only when promotions are enabled and a location is selected.
- Products ordered before and dietary recommendations are shown only to signed-in customers, limited to what's still available.
- The home page's banner, business-type shortcuts, and sponsored placements depend on the Website theme and project configuration; not every store shows every control.
