Menus and catalog

Let customers build the order they actually want.

Customers choose from options and modifiers, such as pizza toppings by half, size, color, material, add-ons, or a personalization request, and your team sets them up once from the dashboard, with the conditions, ranking, and price rules each product needs.

Dashboard

Rank options so the best sellers stand out

Product option ranks let a business prioritize certain products and options over others, based on popularity, availability, or sales history.

  • Rank menu items or products by popularity so the most in-demand ones show first
  • Rank specific options, such as toppings or sides, to highlight best-selling choices
  • Rank by availability, so customers only see options that can be fulfilled
  • A ranked list helps customers find what they want faster, reducing time spent ordering

More control for complex products

Let customers build a half-and-half pizza by choosing where each topping goes. In Ordering.co’s website, a selected modifier can show Left half, Right half, and Whole when half options are enabled for its group.

  • Choose Left half or Right half for a topping on one side, or Whole for the entire pizza
  • Enable Allow half option & price in the dashboard and set each modifier’s full and half prices separately
  • The half price is the amount you configure; it is not automatically 50% of the full price
  • Required choices, selection limits, and modifier quantities still depend on the option group’s configuration
  • Choose from a list of available options for each product, including size, color, and material
  • Selecting options updates the price automatically to reflect the choice
  • Advanced options include more complex choices, such as engraving or custom graphics
  • Available across many kinds of products, from clothing and accessories to home goods and electronics

Dashboard

Built from the dashboard, ready for every order

The option builder inside the ordering platform lets a team set up how customers customize a product, such as size, color, and add-ons, so ordering matches the brand and leaves less room for mistakes.

  • Build customization choices, such as size, color, and add-ons, for a product from the dashboard
  • Keep the customer-facing options consistent with brand guidelines
  • Reduce ordering errors by making choices explicit at the point of sale
