Import categories, products, and product options from a CSV or spreadsheet file in a supported format, matched to each store by external ID.
Import from the Ordering Network
Search the Ordering Network directory for your business and import a starting catalog with products, categories, prices, options, schedule, and descriptions.
Import from GloriaFood
Bring your existing GloriaFood menu into the store you choose. You need the keys from your GloriaFood account.
Import from a DoorDash or Uber Eats link
Paste your store’s DoorDash or Uber Eats link in Dashboard > Connect > Importers, and choose whether to include all menu variants.

Import again after changes
When prices or items change on the source menu, run the import again and review the result.
Review before you go live
An import can overwrite existing prices, taxes, and availability, so test a small sample first and review the result.
Dashboard
A separate importer for each kind of data.
Set up dedicated importers for businesses, categories, products, a full menu, users, or orders, and switch each one on only when you need it. Every importer maps the columns in your file to the matching Ordering.co field, with a CSV example to work from.
- Import Businesses, Import Categories, and Import Products as separate, independent importers
- Import Full Menu brings in businesses, categories, products, and product options together
- Import Users and Import Orders bring in customer and order data, not only the catalog
- Each importer has its own on/off toggle, name, and CSV field mapping
Dashboard, store setup
Start from a catalog that already exists.
Instead of preparing a file, search the Ordering Network directory for a business that matches yours and import its catalog as a starting point for your own store.

- Import its products, categories, prices, options, schedule, and descriptions as a starting catalog
- A matched catalog is typically ready within a couple of minutes, with a notification when it is done
- Review and adjust the imported catalog before the store goes live
- Product images are not included in an Ordering Network import
- Available for businesses in Canada and the United States
Dashboard
Bring your GloriaFood menu with you.
Moving from GloriaFood? Import the menu you already built there into the Ordering.co store you choose, then review it before customers order from it.
- Start from Dashboard > Connect > Importers, or from Pull GloriaFood Menu in the store’s menu
- Choose the store that should receive the menu
- Enter the keys from your GloriaFood account; the import becomes available once they are in place
- After the import, review categories, products, descriptions, prices, and modifiers against your GloriaFood menu
- Check images and how the menu looks to customers before you go live
- Confirm that the intended store, not one with a similar name, received the menu
- If GloriaFood reports an access, timeout, or empty-menu error, check your GloriaFood account before you try again
Dashboard and AI Agents dashboard
Import the menu from your DoorDash or Uber Eats store.
If your menu already lives on DoorDash or Uber Eats, its store link is enough to start. Import it from Connect > Importers in the Dashboard, or from Menu Importer in the AI Agents dashboard, where you run AI ordering agents.
- In Dashboard > Connect > Importers, select the store, then paste its DoorDash or Uber Eats store link
- Choose whether to include all menu variants in the import
- When the import finishes, go straight to the store’s Products page to review it
- In the AI Agents dashboard, Menu Importer takes an Uber Eats or DoorDash link and lets you choose which of your stores receives the menu
- The AI Agents dashboard import brings in categories, item descriptions, prices, and Extras (modifier groups)
- Afterward, turn categories on or off, edit prices and descriptions, and manage the active Extras of each product in Products
- When prices or items change on Uber Eats or DoorDash, run the import again and review the result

- 01Choose your source
Use a CSV or spreadsheet file with unique external IDs, the Ordering Network directory, your GloriaFood account, or a DoorDash or Uber Eats link.
- 02Pick the store and import
Select the store that receives the menu, then upload the file, search the directory, enter your GloriaFood keys, or paste the link.
- 03Review before you go live
Check the imported categories, products, prices, and options, and adjust them before customers order.
Good to know
- Product images are not included in an Ordering Network import.
- The Ordering Network directory currently covers businesses in Canada and the United States.
- Imports from GloriaFood, DoorDash, and Uber Eats depend on each provider. Use your own store’s link or account, and review the menu before customers see it.
