- 03Customers find a professional and book
On the Website or app, customers choose a professional or Any professional, pick an available date and time, and book the service into their cart.
Good to know
- The Dashboard calendar shows scheduled appointments; it does not create, drag, resize, cancel, or reschedule them from the calendar view.
- Google Calendar connection opens a Google authorization window from the professional's profile; this covers that connection step, not a documented two-way sync schedule.
- A time that shows as available can still be rejected when the business's latest schedule is checked again; an appointment isn't confirmed until checkout completes.
