Login and security integration
Let customers sign in with their Facebook account.
Let customers log in to your Ordering.co website and apps with their Facebook account, using the App ID and App Secret from your own Meta developer app.
Facebook verifies the customer. Ordering.co runs the order.
Facebook handles the sign-in. Ordering.co runs the customer accounts, channels, and orders the customer signs into:
- More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across websites, apps, marketplaces, kiosks, call centers, loyalty, and delivery.
- Your own branded channels. Customers sign in with Facebook on your website and apps, under your brand.
- Your design, not a template. Build an ordering experience with your own custom design, with help from our team.
- Built to extend. APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.
Why use Facebook Login with Ordering.co
- Less signup friction. Customers use their Facebook account instead of filling in another form and password.
- Easier return visits. Returning customers get back in without remembering a separate password.
- Complete accounts faster. Facebook can share the basic profile fields your app is allowed to request, and an optional confirmation screen collects anything missing.
- More ways to register. Offer Facebook next to email, phone, Google, and Apple, so customers choose the method they prefer.
What Facebook Login brings
Meta describes Facebook Login in its Facebook Login documentation:
- A secure, fast, and convenient way for people to log in to your app.
- Permissions that let your app ask for access to the data it needs.
- Coverage across platforms, including iOS, Android, and the web.
How a customer signs in
- The customer selects Login with Facebook on your website or app.
- Facebook asks the customer to confirm their account.
- If you turned on the confirmation screen, the customer reviews or completes their details.
- Ordering.co signs the customer in, and the customer continues to order.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What does Facebook Login do in Ordering.co?
It adds a Login with Facebook button to your website and apps, so customers can sign in with their Facebook account instead of a new username and password.
Where does the button appear?
When Enable Facebook Login is set to Yes, the Login with Facebook button is active and visible on your website and apps. When it is set to No, the option is hidden.
Can customers complete missing details after Facebook signs them in?
Yes. Turn on Enable Facebook Login Confirmation to show a screen where the customer reviews or adds missing information, such as a phone number, before the account is finalized. Leave it off to log the customer in right away with the data Facebook provides.
Whose Facebook app is used?
Yours. You create the app in your own Meta developer account, and Ordering.co stores its App ID and App Secret.
When can the Facebook app go live for my mobile apps?
Switch the Facebook app to Live mode once your apps are listed on Google Play and the App Store. You can go live on your website first and add the app platforms later.
How do I keep the App Secret safe?
Enter it only in the Dashboard, and never share it in screenshots, tickets, chat, or shared documents.
