New · AI ordering agents

Let customers order through conversation.

Voice, WhatsApp, chat, and your website. Every agent runs on the same catalog, locations, payments, and delivery as the rest of Ordering.co, so a conversation becomes an order the kitchen can cook.

  • More orders

Meet customers where they are: take orders by voice, WhatsApp, chat, and your website, on the same catalog, prices, and locations.

  • Lower support load

AI handles the routine: menu questions, product options, and order confirmation run through the agent while your team prepares orders.

  • A better experience

Fast, friendly, and always on. Every confirmed order reaches the Merchant app and delivery, and your POS when it is connected.

Do I need developers to get started?

No. You can start with Ordering.co websites and apps configured for your business. Developers become relevant when you want a custom interface, integration, or workflow on the API, webhooks, SDKs, or MCP.

Can I use my own brand and domain?

Yes. Your customer experience runs under your brand and domain, and you control your data and customer relationships. Branding does not transfer ownership of the Ordering.co platform.

Can I publish my own apps on the App Store and Google Play?

Yes, on every plan. You can publish the customer apps yourself by following the documentation, or ask Ordering.co for support.

Which systems does Ordering.co connect to?

More than 50 payment gateways, more than 20 delivery partners, and more than 15 POS integrations, plus loyalty, CRM, analytics, and automation tools. Anything else can connect through the API and webhooks.

Is the source code available?

The frontend source code for the web storefront, customer apps, Merchant App, Driver App, and Dashboard is open source and included with every product. The backend source code is licensed only to enterprise organizations, under a separate agreement, after Ordering.co reviews the organization.

Can Ordering.co run in my own cloud?

Yes, with an enterprise package. Ordering.co installs the same backend in your AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Railway account. Every other plan runs on managed AWS infrastructure that Ordering.co operates.

How long does it take to launch?

The scope sets the schedule: catalog preparation, integrations, custom work, and app store review can all affect it. Define your first working flow with the team before you set a launch date.

Can I try it before I commit?

Yes. Start a free trial with no credit card required, or explore the live restaurant and marketplace demos first.

Don't rebuild ordering infrastructure. Build your business on top of it.
