Know when an order is about to run late.
Set a deadline for orders, see Ok, At Risk, and Delayed status follow each order into the Business App and Driver App, and review SLA performance by week in your reports.
Order timing and SLAs
What you can do
Order deadline enforcement
Turn on Enable Order Deadline Enforcement and set a deadline time for orders.
Ok, At Risk, and Delayed states
Ok uses the business's expected fulfillment time as the reference, At Risk covers the interval before the deadline, and Delayed means the deadline has passed.
One shared deadline across order types
The SLA panel shows tabs for Delivery, Pickup, Eat In, Curbside, and Drive Thru, but the Delayed threshold is one shared setting across them.
Highlight delay-risk orders
Turn on Highlight Delay Risk Orders to flag orders approaching the deadline for review.
SLA status in the Business App and Driver App
Orders carry the same Ok, At Risk, and Delayed classification into Search orders in the Business App and, when your project enables it, into the Driver App's filters.
Weekly SLA reports
Track on-time, at-risk, and delayed orders by week from your SLA reports, and download the report.

Business App and Driver App
See which orders are Ok, At Risk, or Delayed as your team works.
The same Ok, At Risk, and Delayed classifications follow the order into the apps your team and drivers use, so anyone can spot a late order and filter for it.
- Search orders in the Business App includes an SLA's filter for Ok, At Risk, or Delayed when the timing filter is visible
- The Driver App's order filter can show the same SLA state when the project configuration enables it
- A wide tablet can also show a separate SLA's selector and an SLA's Settings panel that explains the classifications by fulfillment type
- The timing indicators are shown only when your project's configuration enables the feature
Dashboard
Track SLA performance by week and download the report.
SLA reports show how orders performed against your deadline, broken down by week, from your reports catalog.
- SLA reports show status as on time, at risk, or delayed for each week
- Download the report from the SLA reports card
- Thresholds for the report come from the Order SLAs settings
- The SLA Orders card sits in the report-card catalog, alongside distance, service times, drivers, and sales reports
How it works
From setup to the next order.
- 01Turn on the deadline
Enable Order Deadline Enforcement and set a deadline time in the Order SLAs settings.
- 02Watch the indicators
The Business App and Driver App show each order as Ok, At Risk, or Delayed, and you can filter by it.
- 03Review the weekly report
Open SLA reports in your reports catalog to see on-time, at-risk, and delayed orders by week, and download them.
Good to know
- Highlighted and delayed states are an operational signal for your team to review, not a guarantee that a delivery will be on time.
- Showing SLA status in the Business App and Driver App depends on your project's configuration.
