Analytics integration

See how your business performs, right in the Dashboard.

Review orders, sales, top products, customer satisfaction, and delivery operations in the Ordering.co Dashboard, and export orders as CSV.

Your ordering data, in the same place you run operations

Ordering Analytics is part of Ordering.co, not a separate tool to connect:

  • More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across websites, apps, kiosks, call centers, loyalty, and delivery.
  • Your brand, your data. Your own branded ordering channels, with a custom design built with help from our team.
  • Built to extend. Reach your data through APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.

Why use Ordering Analytics

  • Nothing to set up. Reports are built into the Dashboard, on the same data your team works with every day.
  • Every level of your business. Filter by country, brand, business, and sales channel.
  • Operations, not just sales. Acceptance time, pickup wait, delivery distances, driver performance, and SLA orders sit next to sales.
  • Your data goes where you need it. Export orders as CSV for Excel, or use the APIs and MCP for programmatic access.

What Ordering Analytics brings

  • Business reports: orders, sales, top products and categories, order status, registered users, customer satisfaction, timing, and a heat map of order locations.
  • Enterprise reports: a catalog of report cards for orders, sales, payment methods, drivers, distances, service times, customer satisfaction, and SLA orders.
  • Orders CSV export: all orders or a filtered selection, emailed to you as a CSV file.

How Ordering Analytics works

  1. Open Reports > Business reports in the Ordering.co Dashboard. It starts with today, all businesses, all apps, and all brands.
  2. Choose the country, brand, business, sales channel, date range, and timezone to review.
  3. The panels refresh with orders, sales, products, status, satisfaction, timing, and the order heat map.
  4. For a specific question, open Reports > Enterprise reports and select a report card.
  5. To work with the raw orders, export them as CSV from Orders list.

Set up and go live

Ordering Analytics is ready in your Dashboard. The Business reports guide and the orders export guide cover each view:

  1. In the Dashboard sidebar, select Reports and then Business reports.
  2. Set the timezone and date range first, then filter by country, brand, business, or sales channel.
  3. Open Enterprise reports and select a card for drivers, distances, service times, or SLAs.
  4. To export orders, open Orders > Orders list, select CSV, and choose an export option.
  5. Open the report link from your email and download the CSV file. The link expires after 24 hours.

More ways to measure

  • Google Analytics 4 follows visits, add-to-cart events, and purchases on your website.
  • Meta Pixel measures your Meta ad campaigns by the orders they bring.
  • Data Studio is coming soon for custom dashboards in Google’s reporting tool.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Ordering Analytics is built into the Ordering.co Dashboard. Open Reports and choose Business reports or Enterprise reports.

What can I see in Business reports?

Orders, sales, top products, most chosen categories, order status, registered users, customer satisfaction, the time businesses take to accept orders, the wait for pickup, and a heat map of order locations.

What is in Enterprise reports?

A catalog of individual report cards, including orders, sales, average and general sales, payment method sales, top-selling products and categories, drivers, distances, service times, customer satisfaction, and SLA orders. Each card has its own filters.

Can I open my orders in Excel?

Yes. In Orders list, select CSV and choose to export all orders or only the filtered ones, with or without custom metafields. The report is emailed to the address on your profile, and you can open the CSV file in Excel or any spreadsheet tool. Some Enterprise report cards also download their results as CSV.

Can I pull order data into my own systems?

Yes. The Ordering.co API gives your systems programmatic access to your orders, webhooks send events as they happen, and MCP connects compatible AI tools to your account.

Why do my totals change when I change the timezone?

The timezone sets the start and end of the period you query. Orders placed near midnight can move to a different day, so keep the same timezone when you compare periods.
