Order management

Give your team the full picture on every order.

Configure how the Orders list looks, review orders flagged for fraud, keep every channel in sync, and follow an order's history, logistics, and payment details from the Dashboard, the Business App, or the Driver App.

Order management

What you can do

  • Customize the Orders list

Shape how operators see the Orders list: combine pending and in-progress orders, show external order IDs, add a search box, and choose which filters appear.

  • Bulk status updates

Let eligible driver managers update the status of several orders at once instead of one by one.

  • Order review and fraud flags

Review orders flagged for fraud and identify your highest-value customers.

  • Real-time sync across channels

Orders stay in sync across your ordering channels, the Dashboard, and driver apps.

  • Custom fields on an order

Add business-specific metadata to an order as typed fields that your configured integrations can read.

  • Order history and logistics

Review an order's recorded status changes with their authors and timestamps, plus logistics details such as distance, queues, and assignment attempts.

  • Order expiration and default priority

Set how long an unfulfilled order stays active before it expires, and give a store's orders a default priority.

  • Full order details in the apps

Store teams and drivers see an order's payment details in the Business App and Driver App, and copy a formatted order summary to the clipboard in one tap.

Dashboard

Configure the Orders list

Order management settings shape how operators organize and review orders, and a separate platform setting lets driver managers update several orders at once.

  • Combine pending and in-progress orders into one view
  • Display the external order ID instead of the standard order ID
  • Optimize how the Dashboard handles large volumes of order data
  • Add a search box to the Orders page
  • Customize which fields are available as order filters, such as external ID, driver, or driver group
  • Let eligible driver managers update the status of several orders at once

Dashboard

Spot risk and stay in sync

Two platform-wide behaviors help your team trust the Orders list: flagged review surfaces risk, and orders stay current everywhere your team looks.

  • Review orders flagged for fraud
  • Identify your highest-value customers
  • Orders stay in sync across your ordering channels, the Dashboard, and driver apps

Dashboard

Add custom fields to an order

Custom Fields let you attach business-specific metadata to an order that your configured integrations can read.

  • Open Custom Fields from the order's available actions
  • Field types: integer, decimal, boolean, text, and JSON
  • Add or remove fields when your role permits it

Dashboard

Order history and logistics

Follow how an order moved through its workflow, with the records your team needs to investigate an issue or spot a pattern.

  • Order History lists recorded status changes with their timestamps and available authors
  • A Logistics tab shows the available logistics records for the order, with a control to reload it
  • Logistics information reports distance, queues, and assignment-attempt history when those records are available

Dashboard

Order expiration and default priority

Two logistics settings on a store's delivery and pickup configuration keep orders from sitting unfulfilled and help your team triage by urgency.

  • Expires order after minutes: sets how long an unfulfilled order stays active before it expires
  • Order default priority: assigns a default priority to a store's orders, so processing can follow urgency or importance

Business App, Driver App

Full order details in the Business App and Driver App

Store teams and drivers work from the same order information without opening the Dashboard.

  • Copy a formatted order summary to the clipboard in one tap, with the order number, status, payment method, business and customer contact, products, and totals
  • Not available on pending orders
  • See the order's payment method or methods, a cash Change of amount, wallet labels, and the list of recorded payment events
  • The bill breaks down the subtotal, discounts, taxes and fees, delivery fee, driver tip, and total
  • Display only: store teams and drivers cannot collect, charge, or refund a payment from this view

How it works

From setup to the next order.

  1. 01Configure the Orders list

Open Order management to combine pending and in-progress orders, show external IDs, add search, and choose the filters your team needs.

  2. 02Work the queue

Review flagged orders, keep every channel in sync, and update several statuses at once when a driver manager needs to.

  3. 03Dig into an order

Open an order for its history, logistics, and custom fields, or check its full details from the Business App or Driver App.

Good to know

  • Order management settings, custom fields, and expiration and priority are configured store by store or platform-wide from the Dashboard.
  • Copying an order summary or viewing payment details in the Business App and Driver App is a read-only view; use your approved payment or accounting record for financial decisions.
