Reports and reviews

See who changed what, and when.

Settings logs records every configuration change in the Dashboard, with the author, the changed values, and the time. Driver profiles and delivery groups keep their own change logs.

Dashboard

Who changed what, and when.

Settings logs records who changed a configuration, what changed, and when, so an administrator can review platform changes.

  • Each entry shows the author's name and email, the event type, and the configuration name or key.
  • See the changed attribute names, and their new and old values, or what was added or removed.
  • Entries show the date and time in the Dashboard display format, plus the browser's user-agent string.
  • The list shows the newest entries first, with page navigation; there is no search, filter, or export.
  • A schedule change opens See changes, a side-by-side comparison of the new and previous weekly schedule.
  • Settings logs is available to administrators reviewing configuration history.

Dashboard

Recorded changes for drivers and delivery groups.

A driver's profile and a delivery group keep their own recorded changes, separate from Settings logs.

  • A driver's profile has Logs and Advanced logs tabs for recorded account changes; Advanced logs is available to roles with that access.
  • The same profile has a Push tokens tab with device-token information for that driver's account.
  • A delivery group has its own Logs section for changes recorded on that group.

How it works

From setup to the next order.

  1. 01Open Settings logs

Go to Logs Audit > Settings logs in the Dashboard to review configuration changes, newest first.

  2. 02Check a specific change

Find the entry, then open See changes for a schedule comparison when the changed attribute is a schedule.

  3. 03Review driver and group logs

Open a driver's profile or a delivery group to see their own Logs, Advanced logs, and Push tokens.

Good to know

  • Settings logs is a read-only history; it does not support search, filtering, or export.
  • A missing entry does not mean nothing changed; the log may not cover every setting or action.
