Oracle Simphony is built for the point of sale, from the counter to the kitchen. Ordering.co is focused on online ordering, so you keep Simphony where it is strongest and get a much more powerful ordering operation online:
- More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across websites, apps, marketplaces, kiosks, call centers, loyalty, and delivery.
- Your design, not a template. Build an ordering experience with your own custom design, and our team helps you customize it.
- Built to extend. Connect your own tools through APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.
- Delivery included. Auto-assign delivery companies or your in-house drivers, with order status kept in step with Simphony.
Why use Oracle Simphony with Ordering.co
- One menu to maintain. Keep family groups, menu items, prices, and condiments in Simphony and import them to your online stores instead of editing two menus.
- Orders land where your team already works. Online orders open as checks in the location’s revenue center, named so staff can spot them, with no manual re-entry.
- Totals match the POS. Each order is priced by Simphony before the check is created, so online and in-store totals agree.
- Customers see progress. Kitchen progress in Simphony updates the order in Ordering.co, and cancellations made online reach Simphony.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Oracle Simphony already offers mobile ordering. Why add Ordering.co?
Simphony is built around the point of sale. Ordering.co is built for online ordering, with more than 20 products and more than 1,500 features, custom design with help from our team, APIs and MCP, and application source code on eligible plans. You keep Simphony running your restaurants and run a far more complete online operation on top of it.
What does the Oracle Simphony integration sync?
Your menu comes from Simphony, with family groups as categories, menu items with their prices, and condiments as options. Online orders are created as Simphony checks with the items, condiments, customer contact details, pickup or delivery time, and any discount, delivery fee, service fee, or driver tip you map. Kitchen progress in Simphony comes back to Ordering.co, and cancellations made in Ordering.co are sent to Simphony.
How are delivery, pickup, and dine-in orders handled?
Each Ordering.co delivery type maps to the Simphony order type you choose, so delivery, pickup, and dine-in orders open in the revenue center with the right type. Dine-in checks carry the table or spot number.
What happens with orders scheduled for later?
Scheduled orders are sent to Simphony with a fire time shortly before the requested pickup or delivery time, so the kitchen starts them when they are due.
Can I keep some Simphony items out of online ordering?
Yes. You can leave out specific family groups, menu items, condiment groups, or condiment items, so only what you want to sell online reaches your stores.
Can I connect several locations?
Yes. Each Ordering.co store links to its own Simphony location, and you can connect every store in one pass or one store at a time.
