What you can do

  • Gift-card products you create

    Create as many gift-card products as you want, each with its own amount and image, from the Dashboard.

  • Configurable amounts

    Set the amount for each gift-card product you offer.

  • Customers buy and send them

    Customers buy a gift-card product from your website or customer app and send it to a recipient with a title and a message.

  • Delivered by email

    The recipient gets the gift card by email.

  • A code and a password to redeem

    Redeeming a gift card takes its code and a password, so it is harder to use than a card left lying around.

  • Redeemed into Cash Wallet

    Once redeemed, the gift card's amount is added to the recipient's Cash Wallet to spend on a future order.

  • Pending and redeemed status

    Gift card manager lists every card as Pending or Redeemed, with the purchaser, redeemer, purchase date, and redeemed date.

  • Turn it on for your platform

    Turn gift cards on or off for your platform from the Dashboard.

Website and customer app

Customers buy and send gift cards.

From your website or customer app, customers buy a gift-card product you created and send it to a recipient by email.

  • Customers choose one of the gift-card products you created and buy it from the website or customer app
  • Customers add a recipient, a title, and a message before they send it
  • The recipient gets the gift card by email
  • Each gift card keeps the amount and image of the product it was bought from

How it works

From setup to the next order.

  1. 01Create your gift-card products

    Turn on gift cards in the Dashboard, then create a product for each amount and design you want to offer.

  2. 02Customers buy and send them

    A customer buys a gift card from your website or customer app and sends it to a recipient by email.

  3. 03Recipients redeem the balance

    The recipient enters the card's code and password, and the amount is added to their Cash Wallet.

Good to know

  • Redeeming a gift card adds its amount to the recipient's Cash Wallet, the same balance covered in Customer wallets.
  • Gift card manager tracks a card's status only; it does not show a card's code, password, or balance, which stay with the card and the customer's wallet.
