The operating context

A food delivery service becoming a marketplace.

GoMamam is a delivery service platform in Brunei. It began with food and beverages and set out to add retail, pharmacy, groceries, electronics, and merchandise under the same brand.

To do that, GoMamam needed an enterprise platform comparable to Uber Eats and DoorDash: online ordering and delivery for many kinds of businesses, able to scale while keeping customers satisfied.
