Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Wansoft is already my restaurant system. Why add Ordering.co?
Wansoft is built around running the restaurant and its point of sale. Ordering.co is built for online ordering, with more than 20 products and more than 1,500 features, custom design with help from our team, APIs and MCP, and application source code on eligible plans. You keep Wansoft in the restaurant and run a far more complete online operation on top of it.
What does the Wansoft integration sync?
Your menus come from Wansoft, including categories, products, descriptions, prices, images, extras, and the hours and service types each menu applies to. Items switched on or off in Wansoft update online. Online orders go to Wansoft with their products, discounts, delivery fee, and payment. Status changes made in Wansoft come back to Ordering.co, and cancellations or rejections made in Ordering.co are sent to Wansoft.
Which order statuses come back from Wansoft?
When staff accept, deny, mark ready, send, or deliver an order in Wansoft, the matching status is applied to the order in Ordering.co, so the customer sees each step.
Does it handle delivery, pickup, and scheduled orders?
Yes. Orders reach Wansoft as delivery or pickup orders. Orders scheduled for later are sent to Wansoft ahead of the requested time, so the kitchen can plan for them.
Can I connect several locations?
Yes. Each Ordering.co store is paired with its own Wansoft store, so menus and orders stay separate per location. A Wansoft store can be paired with one Ordering.co store at a time.
Is this also a Clip payment connection?
No. The Wansoft integration connects menus and orders. Customers pay through the payment method you offer in Ordering.co, and the order sent to Wansoft records how it was paid.
