PulsePOS runs the store. Ordering.co runs your own online ordering.

PulsePOS is built to run the store and its point of sale. Ordering.co is focused on online ordering, so franchisees keep PulsePOS where it is strongest and launch a much more powerful ordering operation of their own:

  • More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across websites, apps, marketplaces, kiosks, call centers, loyalty, and delivery.
  • Your design, not a template. Build an ordering experience with your own custom design, and our team helps you customize it.
  • Built to extend. Connect your own tools through APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.
  • Delivery included. Auto-assign delivery companies or your in-house drivers, with order status kept in step with PulsePOS.

Why use PulsePOS with Ordering.co

  • One menu to maintain. Products and coupons come from PulsePOS, so your online menu matches the store.
  • Store details stay current. Address, opening hours, and phone are taken from PulsePOS for each store.
  • Coupons apply online. The cart is checked against PulsePOS coupons as customers build their order.
  • Orders land on the makeline. Online orders arrive in PulsePOS with no manual re-entry, and customers see each step until the order is complete.

What PulsePOS brings

The integration works with what each store already has in PulsePOS:

  • The store record, including address, opening hours, and phone.
  • The full product range, from pizzas, pasta, and wings to salads, breads, dips, drinks, and desserts.
  • Store coupons, synced with the menu and applied in the online cart.
  • Live order progress, from the makeline to the routing station, out the door, and complete.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Who is the PulsePOS integration for?

Domino's franchisees whose stores run PulsePOS and who want to run their own online ordering channels, such as a website, apps, or kiosks, connected to the store's point of sale.

PulsePOS already runs my stores. Why add Ordering.co?

PulsePOS is built to run the store and its point of sale. Ordering.co is built for online ordering, with more than 20 products and more than 1,500 features, custom design with help from our team, APIs and MCP, and application source code on eligible plans. You keep PulsePOS in the store and run a far more complete online operation on top of it.

What does the PulsePOS integration sync?

Store address, opening hours, and phone come from PulsePOS, together with products and coupons. Items that are unavailable in PulsePOS are switched off online. Online orders go to PulsePOS as delivery or carryout orders with their products, coupons, and payment. Order status comes back from the store, and cancellations made in Ordering.co are sent to PulsePOS.

Do coupons work online?

Yes. Coupons come from PulsePOS with the menu, and as customers add, change, or remove items, the cart is checked against PulsePOS coupons so the discount matches what the store applies.

Which order statuses come back from the store?

As the order moves through the makeline, reaches the routing station ready for the driver, goes out the door, and is completed, the matching status is applied in Ordering.co. Orders voided or abandoned in the store are updated too.

Is this integration offered by Domino's?

No. PulsePOS is the point of sale used in Domino's stores. The integration is built and supported by Ordering.co for franchisees whose stores run it.
