- Your own channels. Branded websites, apps, and kiosks where customers order from you directly.
- More products and features. More than 20 products and more than 1,500 features across ordering, loyalty, marketplaces, call centers, and delivery.
- One delivery operation. Combine Picker with other delivery companies and your in-house drivers, with automatic assignment.
- Built to extend. APIs and MCP, with application source code available on eligible plans.
Why use Picker with Ordering.co
- The fee is known at checkout. Ordering.co gets a Picker quote for the customer’s address while the cart is being built.
- No manual booking. The booking is created in Picker as soon as the order is placed.
- Your team follows every step. Status and driver details update in Ordering.co from Picker’s own callbacks.
- Set up per store. Each store connects with its own Picker business key.
What Picker brings
Picker describes its service on its business site and Orchestrator page:
- Multiple local delivery fleets on demand in your city.
- Order status traceability with live updates, and customer notifications by WhatsApp or email.
- A dashboard to manage shipments across your locations.
- Quotes, bookings, cancellations, and status webhooks through the Picker API.
How a delivery moves
- While the customer builds the cart, Ordering.co requests a quote from Picker for the delivery address.
- When the order is placed, the booking is created in Picker with the pickup and drop-off details.
- Picker sends status updates as a driver accepts the booking, arrives at your store, heads to the customer, arrives, and completes the delivery.
- When a driver is assigned, their name, phone, and email are added to the order. If the order is canceled before a driver accepts, the booking is canceled in Picker.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Ordering.co requests a quote from Picker for the customer's address while the cart is being built. You can add Picker's fee to the order. The quote is refreshed when the address changes, and a recent quote is reused for up to 15 minutes.
Who delivers the order?
Picker connects your stores with local delivery fleets in your city and finds a driver for each booking.
What does my team see after the order is placed?
The order status follows Picker's updates, from driver accepted to arrival at your store, on the way, arrival at the customer, and completed. The driver's name, phone, and email are added to the order.
What happens if an order is canceled?
If the order is canceled or rejected in Ordering.co before a driver accepts the booking, the booking is canceled in Picker.
Can each store use its own Picker account?
Yes. Each store connects with its own Picker business key, so bookings, quotes, and callbacks run per store.
Can I combine Picker with my own drivers?
Yes. Picker works alongside other delivery companies and your in-house drivers, so each store can use the delivery option that fits it.
