Set up and go live
- Get your merchant ID, REST API key ID, and shared secret key from Cybersource, for both sandbox and production.

- Place test orders with your sandbox credentials.
- Decide whether to turn on 3-D Secure, then switch to your production credentials.

What payment methods can customers use?
Customers pay with credit and debit cards. They enter card details in secure Cybersource fields inside your Ordering.co checkout.
Can customers save their cards?
Yes. Customers can save a card for future orders, reuse it at checkout, and delete it when they no longer want it stored. Saved cards are stored as tokens in Cybersource, not in Ordering.co.
Does the integration support 3-D Secure?
Yes. You can turn on 3-D Secure so the card issuer authenticates the customer before the payment is authorized. When it is on, customers may be asked to complete a verification step with their bank.
Who owns the Cybersource account?
You do. Payments are processed through your Cybersource merchant account, and Ordering.co stores the API credentials needed to create payments for your businesses.
Can I test before accepting real payments?
Yes. The integration works with Cybersource's sandbox, so you can place test orders with test credentials before you switch to production.
