What payment methods can customers use?
Customers pay with credit and debit cards on Credibanco's Botón de Pagos payment form.
Can customers pay in installments?
Yes. You set the default number of installments for Credibanco payments, from 1 (full payment) up to 36.
Can I refund a Credibanco payment?
Yes, for the full amount. Credibanco does not allow partial refunds, a payment can be refunded only once, and Credibanco sets the time limit for refunds.
How long does the customer have to pay?
The customer has 10 minutes by default to complete the payment on the Credibanco form. You can set this from 1 to 20 minutes.
Can each business use its own Credibanco account?
Yes. Credibanco credentials, environment, installments, and payment time can be set per business.
