How do customers pay with B-PAY?
Customers generate a temporary passcode with the B-PAY feature in the Bankily app. At checkout, they enter their Bankily phone number and that passcode on the B-PAY payment page, and the payment is taken from their Bankily account.
In which country and currency can I use B-PAY?
B-PAY serves Bankily customers in Mauritania, listed on this page, and payments are taken in Mauritanian ouguiya (MRU).
What happens if a customer closes the page before the payment is confirmed?
Ordering.co checks the transaction status with B-PAY, so a completed payment still reaches the order and a customer is not charged twice for the same checkout.
How long does a customer have to pay?
The B-PAY payment page shows a countdown. If it runs out before the customer pays, the session ends and the customer returns to your store to try again.
