How do I get paid?
Ordering gives you the ability to choose between several payment gateways such as Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.net, Giropay and a few more. Once you get an account with any of this service you only have to put the details of your account in ordering platform, we don’t take any money from it, don’t worry about it.
Who owns my data?
You do. Ordering will never claim to own the rights to your data. In fact, if you ever want to cancel your account you can request all your data be exported and sent to you.
How many locations can I have in my platform?
You can have unlimited business locations in 1 country. If you are expanding your business to multiple countries you can purchase more Ordering packages. Contact us for more information.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No, the prices that you see on this pricing page are clear and transparent, no commissions, hidden fees or any new charges. For special developments, we can give you a quote depending on your requirements.
Can my staff get their own business accounts?
Yes, you are able to create for each of your staff, an account for the business owners in order for them to log in and manage stores individually.
Will you help me with the set up of my platform?
Yes, we will install the software for you with the basic setup. We have guides to teach you how to upload all your information, products and content into the platform. Also, our support is included on all of our packages.
How do I receive my orders?
All the incoming orders will show in your Business App, Ordering Editor, Delivery Dashboard, once you get them you are going to be able to manage them.

Yes, of course, we are going to help you to get those up and working in the Appstore & Google Play store. You just need to send us your developer accounts and we can help or you can also upload them if you prefer.
Do I own the open source code?
No, we sell a license to use the code for one project. If you need more than one project you can purchase multiple licenses. The open source code on the Platinum plan is for the customer Ordering Website and the customer Ordering Apps. The code connects to our services via apis that are hosted on our AWS servers.

Do I need my Own Developer Account for Appstore & Google Play?
Yes, due to recent apple policies changes, for the apps to be approved, you will need your own Apple Developer & Google Play Developer Account, you can learn more about the developer memberships here:

Do I need my own Google Maps API keys?
Yes, it is important to have your own Google Maps API Keys. You can use the Google Maps APIs on both commercial and non-profit websites as long as your site meets the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.
