The plan covered by this notice is "Legacy One Time Payment Platform - Limited Plan - No Updates - No Support (Hosting Yearly Fee)". Other historical plans are not automatically included. What you can keep using You can continue using your already built and functioning website in its purchased version while your applicable hosting service remains active and paid, subject to your agreement. You do not have to buy a support subscription simply to keep using that existing website. Ordering.co does not disable an already published app solely because its one-time payment product is deprecated. App availability and functionality still depend on app-store policies, operating systems, integrations, and other third parties. ## 2. No technical support or software updates After your original included support period or separately contracted support has expired, this legacy plan includes no technical support, troubleshooting, bug fixes, patches, software updates, app rebuilding, or app-store submission work. A technical ticket will be directed to an upgrade to a current yearly subscription that includes the required support. The US$199 annual hosting fee keeps the hosted service active. It does not restore support or maintenance for the legacy software. An unexpired support commitment expressly agreed in your Order Form remains governed by that agreement. Billing, cancellation, and privacy requests remain available through your account channels. ## 3. App Store and Google Play Apple and Google regularly change their technical, privacy, and security requirements. The old app builds supplied with our legacy one-time payment packages no longer meet the current submission requirements and are no longer accepted for new submissions or updates to the App Store and Google Play. An app already published or installed may continue working; future availability, new downloads, reinstallation, and compatibility are not guaranteed. Apple describes its review and removal process in [App Store Improvements](https://developer.apple.com/help/app-review/safe-and-trusted-store/app-store-improvements). Google explains submission and availability restrictions in its [target API level requirements](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/11926878?hl=en). These are decisions made by the stores. The legacy plan does not include the work needed to meet new requirements. ## 4. The former my.ordering.co builder is no longer available my.ordering.co was our former builder for legacy products. Because the old app builds no longer meet the current App Store and Google Play submission requirements, that builder has been discontinued and is no longer available to build, rebuild, or publish legacy apps. The closure of the former builder does not by itself disable an already published or installed app, or an existing functioning website. Their continued use remains subject to the hosting, compatibility, and third-party conditions described in this notice. ## 5. Why legacy products are no longer maintained Security requirements, browsers, operating systems, third-party APIs, and development tools keep changing. Keeping multiple old product versions up to date requires ongoing engineering and testing. Ordering.co concentrates active development on one stable, supported version of each product. Current subscriptions fund maintenance, compatibility work, and continued product development, including AI capabilities where included in the applicable product. A legacy purchase does not acquire those new capabilities or a guarantee of future compatibility. A version without software maintenance may develop security or compatibility issues. Paying for hosting does not make an old software version current. The security and privacy obligations in your agreement continue to apply. ## 6. Annual hosting and order fees - US$199 per year, per hosted project, for hosting and keeping that project’s account active. - US$0.99 per billable order under this legacy hosting plan, separate from hosting. - Existing included or prepaid order allowances, credits, valid discounts, and individually agreed terms are respected. A valid 100% usage discount also covers order charges for its applicable period. Hosting payments do not purchase technical support or software updates. ## 7. When billing starts - One-time purchases made in 2024 or earlier: annual hosting starts March 1, 2027. - One-time purchases made in 2025 or 2026: annual hosting starts March 1, 2028. Hosting renews yearly after your applicable start date, subject to your agreement. A later individually agreed start date or unexpired prepaid hosting period is respected. Your account notice will state your first charge date, any usage discount, billing frequency, and renewal and cancellation terms. Material changes receive at least thirty days’ advance notice under the terms. No charges are applied retroactively by this notice. ## 8. Keep hosting or choose a current subscription To retain hosting, review your account’s billing notice, add a valid payment method through your account’s billing process, and authorize the applicable charges. Adding a card does not automatically purchase a support subscription. The team can explain the available plans and any migration work before you decide. We offer a special upgrade promotion for customers who previously purchased a legacy one-time payment package. Mention your legacy project when you contact our sales team so they can explain the promotion and confirm the price and conditions that apply to your upgrade. If you no longer need the hosted service, you can cancel under your agreement. Unpaid hosting may be suspended under the existing overdue-payment provisions. This notice does not set an automatic data-deletion deadline.
