Store setup

## What you can do

- ### Guided store setup

Create a store from one form: its details, images, operating hours, delivery zones, a payment method, and an order-receipt email.

- ### Store setup wizard

Set up a store in six guided steps, with a Google Maps search that fills in the address and a POS connection status for each store.

- ### Store URL slug

Give the store a memorable URL slug, so a link opens its page directly.

- ### Store page layouts

Organize a store's catalog into parent categories with the Groceries layout, built for any catalog that benefits from grouped categories.

- ### Store SEO and social links

Set the store's SEO image, title, description, and slug, and its social profiles.

- ### Store photo and video gallery

Add a gallery of photos and videos to the store's page.

- ### Storefront display controls

Fine-tune buttons, typography, the header, and which blocks show on store, product, cart, checkout, and account pages.

- ### Store devices

Keep a record of the devices assigned to each store and its owner, with a device code Ordering.co generates automatically.

Dashboard

## Create a store from one guided form

Add new store collects a store's details, images, hours, delivery zones, payment methods, and order-receipt email in one form, before you start its menu.

- Business name, URL slug, phone number, and the email address for order receipts
- Address search with a map, or enter the address manually
- Logo, header, and gallery photos, with a crop step
- A price level, shown to customers as money symbols
- Weekly operating hours, with extra periods and a copy control for days that share the same hours
- Delivery zones with fees and minimum-purchase values
- At least one payment method
- Start with an empty menu, then add categories and products

AI Agents dashboard

## A six-step wizard, from basic info to review

Adding a new location is a simple 6-step process: Basic Info, Address, Payment Methods, Schedule, Logo, and Review.

- A Google Maps search fills in the address and detects the time zone automatically
- The business name generates a URL-friendly slug automatically, alongside its phone number
- A price level and payment methods such as cash or card on delivery
- Multiple time periods per day for business hours
- Taxes marked as included in the price or added at checkout, and delivery zones drawn with a polygon tool
- A POS connection status shown per store: Connected, Pending, or Disconnected

Dashboard, Customer website

## A memorable link straight to the store

A slug is the part of the store's URL that identifies it, appearing after the domain name, such as www\.ordering.co/yourstore.

- Generated from the store name when it is created
- Editable afterward from the store's Ordering channels settings
- Choose a word that's easy for customers to remember and that represents the store well

Dashboard, Customer website

## Organize the catalog into parent categories

The Groceries layout groups a store's products into parent categories, making a catalog easier to browse. It is not limited to grocery businesses; it works for any catalog that benefits from grouped categories.

- Select the Groceries layout from the store's Layout settings
- Add as many parent categories as the catalog needs
- Save, then open the store to see the change applied to the live catalog
- Fits grocery stores grouping by type, retail shops organizing by department, restaurants separating meal types, and pharmacies arranging by category

Dashboard

## SEO details and social profiles for each store

Every store keeps its own SEO settings and social profiles, set from Store details in the dashboard.

- SEO image, title, description, and slug, from the store's SEO Options tab
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and Snapchat profiles, from the store's Information tab
- Each tab saves its own changes, so review the storefront after saving

Dashboard, Customer website, Customer app

## A gallery of photos and videos for each store

The Images and Videos tabs in Store details hold a store's gallery media, shown on its page on the website and in the customer app.

- Add approved gallery images by dragging a file into the available area
- Adjust the crop or zoom on each photo
- Keep a separate Videos tab for store videos

Dashboard, Customer website

## Fine-tune what the storefront shows

Advanced Settings group detailed controls for how the ordering website presents itself, from buttons and fonts to which blocks appear on each kind of page.

- Buttons: color, border radius, button-text color, and a custom sound
- Typography: a font and a primary font weight from 100 (Thin) through 900 (Black)
- Placeholder images and a favicon, in set sizes for logos, headers, and products
- Header: background color, logo position, and a language-selector switch
- Business listing: a listing image, highest-rated and category blocks, businesses per row, and a cities dropdown
- Show or hide elements on business, product, cart, checkout, account, and order pages
- Menu options and the order-type popup's title, description, and call to action

Dashboard

## A record of the devices assigned to each store

Devices keeps a record of the devices assigned to a store and its business owner, for inventory and support.

- Add a device with a name, a business, and a business owner from that business
- Dashboard generates a six-character device code automatically, shown once after creation
- Search by device name and choose which columns to display
- Retire a device record you no longer need
