# Manage one menu per region, not one per store.

Build a menu once and share it with the stores that should carry it. Brands with regional prices keep one menu for each region, such as north and south, instead of one for every store.

Shared menus

## What you can do

- ### One menu per region

Create a menu for each region, such as north and south, and share it with the stores in that region.

- ### Regional prices

Give each regional menu its own prices, so stores in different regions charge what makes sense there.

- ### Share with the stores you choose

Select the stores that should receive a menu, and they see it in their own list of shared menus.

- ### Fewer menus to maintain

Update the regional menu once instead of editing every store.

- ### Built for groups and franchises

Restaurant groups and franchises manage their catalog by region from the dashboard.

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Open the menu to share**

In the Ordering Editor, go to My Stores > Store > Business Menu, open the menu, and click More.

2. 02**Choose the stores**

On the "Shared With" tab, check the businesses that should receive the menu. The editor saves automatically as you check or uncheck each one.

3. 03**Save and check**

Changes to the shared menu, including pictures, prices, descriptions, names, and whether a product is on or off, reach every store it is shared with.

## Good to know

- Menu changes reach every store that receives the menu. Confirm the menu and the stores before you share.
