- Meals & Reports can return student and order details, so access follows the same care as other student data

## Order for the right student, every time

Guardians keep a profile for each student, choose one at checkout on school menus, and see a warning if an item conflicts with that student's allergies or dietary tags.

- Guardians add and edit student profiles with school, classroom, grade, allergies, and dietary tags
- A school menu or checkout asks which linked student the order is for
- The selected student's allergy and dietary tags can affect which products the menu shows
- A conflict warning lets the guardian keep or remove items that don't match the student's allergies or dietary tags
- Checkout keeps Place unavailable until a student is selected

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Set up a school store**

   Create the school as a business with the School vertical and organize its grades, classrooms, and students from the Schools workspace.

2. 02**Tag the menu**

   Add allergens and dietary tags to products, starting from the weekly Monday-to-Friday template when the store has no categories yet.

3. 03**Guardians order for their student**

   Guardians add each student's profile, choose that student at checkout, and review any conflict warning before placing the order.

## Good to know

- Allergy and dietary tags are ordering guidance set by the guardian, not a medical-safety guarantee; confirm a dietary requirement with the school or business directly.
- Guardians can add and edit a student's profile; the customer account has no option to delete one.
- School ordering is available only on Websites configured for it.
