- ### Order heat map

See a heat map of order locations in Business reports and in Advanced reports, to spot your densest order zones.

- ### Advanced reports

- ### SLA reports

Track orders on time, at risk, or delayed, broken down by week.

- ### Payment reports

Review payment history and invoices by business or in one general report.

- ### End-of-day reports

Dashboard

## Filter the scope before you read a report.

Business reports starts with today, every business, and your browser timezone, then narrows to the scope you choose.

- Filter by country, brand (when brand manager is active), and business to set the organizational scope
- Set the timezone used for the report period before you compare periods
- Choose a custom date range or a preset period, such as Last 7 days or Last 30 days
- Limit the report to a sales channel, such as the customer app or ordering website
- An order-status filter and subfilter narrow the report further

Dashboard

## Spot your densest order zones on the map.

A heat map plots order locations directly on a map, in Business reports and in Advanced reports.

- Business reports groups orders from the same spot to show your densest order zones
- The map reflects the active date range and business scope
- Advanced reports has its own heat-map card, to help you spot locations for new stores or delivery points
- Delivery reports has a heat map for delivery activity; see Driver reports for delivery and driver reporting

Dashboard

## A catalog of cards to go deeper.

Advanced reports is a catalog of individual report cards, each with its own filters; see the complete list in Business reports.

- Each card has its own filters, and some cards can download the results they already loaded
- SLA reports show orders on time, at risk, or delayed, broken down by week, and can be downloaded
- SLA thresholds are configured separately, in Order timing and SLAs
- Turn on an order-review reminder for customers where your project supports it

Dashboard

## Payment history, by business or in general.

Payment reports covers invoices and payment history, by business or in one general report.

- Choose Reports by business for one store's invoices and payment history, or General report for a broader view
- The general report's periods follow the payment method's configured billing cycle, such as weekly or monthly
- Returned information can include orders, payment methods, fees, adjustments, refunds, deposits, and timestamps
- Export a PDF payment history for a selected business and date range, or a CSV for the general report
- Available fields and file contents can vary by business, period, payment method, and gateway

Dashboard

## Take the data to your own reports.

Beyond payment reports, several Dashboard screens export the data behind this page, so you can build your own reports.

- Export orders to CSV from Orders list: every order in your scope, filtered by status group, with or without metafields, delivered by email to your profile address
- Export customer data to CSV from the Customers list, for the active view and filters; see Customer records
- Advanced reports and SLA reports download the results a card already loaded
- Review manager's Business and Drivers tabs each export their own CSV
- Payment reports add a PDF history per business and dates, or a CSV general report

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Choose scope and period**

Set country, brand, business, timezone, and date range (or a preset period) before you open a report.

2. 02**Review the report or the map**

Read the filtered panels, the heat map, or the advanced report card you need.

3. 03**Export or download**

Export orders or customers to CSV, download an advanced or SLA report, or get a payment PDF or CSV.

## Good to know

- Timezone sets the bounds of the report period, so change it before you compare two periods: it can move orders near midnight into a different day.
- Order, customer, and payment exports carry personal and financial data; keep them within your account's authorized scope.
- There is no automatic connector to Data Studio yet; every export on this page is a manual download.
