Program rules, rewards, data, and availability depend on the selected products, configuration, and commercial terms.

Loyalty tiers

## Give repeat customers a level, and a reason to reach the next one.

A customer moves up a loyalty level as their ordering activity grows, and each level can unlock its own rewards through the same promotions you already run.

Where you use it: Dashboard, Marketing (Advanced Offers)

### Tiers tied to your promotions

- A level based on activity

Customers are placed in a loyalty level based on how often and how much they order, and move up as that activity grows.

- Connect a promotion to a level

Limit a promotion to customers who have reached a specific loyalty level, from the same Dashboard screen where you set up the offer.

- Rewards that grow with the tier

Give each level its own discounts or exclusive promotions, so reaching the next one is worth it.

### Why it matters

- **A reason to keep ordering**Customers see a path from one level to the next, which rewards the repeat business you already have.
- **Loyalty tied to real offers**Level-based rewards run through the same promotion tool as the rest of your marketing, not a separate system.

Program areas

## Build a program around choices your team can maintain.

Design engagement, rewards, member behavior, and program insight around the customer relationship you want to build.

01

### Customer engagement

Design rewards around the moments you want members to return and participate.

02

### Program insight

Define the customer behavior and reward activity your team needs to understand.

03

### Program review

Review which incentives are resonating before you adjust the program.

04

### Reward design

Connect tiers and incentives to the products, services, or experiences in scope.

05

### Tier structure

Plan the conditions that distinguish each level of the loyalty experience.

06

### Member value

Make the benefit and next step legible to the people joining the program.

Tier design

## Make the next reward feel connected to the customer journey.

Use a tier model to make the relationship between member activity and available incentives clear. Confirm the qualifying conditions, benefit rules, and channels before the program is configured.

1. **01**__Set the reward__Describe the benefit your program is designed to offer.
2. **02**__Connect the conditions__Choose the member activity the program should recognize.

Planning questions

## Decide what the program needs to recognize.

Start with the intended customer moment, then align the incentives, tier conditions, data, and team ownership needed to make it work.

- Which customer action should a reward recognize?
- Which conditions make a tier meaningful?
- Which program activity should the team review?
