Dashboard

## Every screen, ready to translate

Language Manager holds every piece of interface text as a key and its translated text, so you control the exact wording customers see in each language.

- Every interface text lives as a key next to its translated text
- Search and page through the full list of text keys
- Add a new key when you need custom text the platform doesn’t already cover
- Customers switch the language of the website and app whenever they like
- More than 25 languages are available to translate into, including English, Spanish, French, and German

Every screen's text, ready to translate.

## Currency formatted the way your customers expect

Currency settings control how amounts are written across your platform, from the symbol itself to how the numbers around it are formatted.

- Set the currency symbol for your business, such as $, €, or £
- Choose whether the symbol shows to the left or right of the amount
- Set the number of decimals shown
- Choose the decimal separator, such as a point or a comma
- Choose the thousand separator, so larger totals stay easy to read

Currency formatted the way your customers expect.

Website and customer app

## Distances in the unit customers already use

Distances shown to customers, such as how far a store is, can display in the unit they're used to.

- Choose kilometers or miles for distance measurements shown to customers
- Helps customers who travel, or aren't used to the local unit, get their bearings immediately

Dashboard

## Translate each product, not just the interface

Language Manager translates interface text. A product's own name and description are translated separately, from the product editor.

- Open the language selector in the product editor to choose which language you're editing
- Enter a translated name and, if needed, description for that language
- The Dashboard shows the edited value in the language you selected
- Works alongside Language Manager, which covers interface text, not product content

Dashboard

## Choose which languages are available, and the default

Before a language reaches customers, it has to be enabled for the project, with one of the enabled languages set as the default.

- Enable or disable each language your project can offer
- Choose one enabled language as the default
- Each change saves right away
- Enabling a language is separate from translating interface text in Language Manager or product content in the product editor

Dashboard, Business App, and Driver App

## A language switch for your team and your drivers

Interface language isn't only a customer-facing setting. Your team and your drivers can each work in the language they prefer.

- Switch the Dashboard to any language available to the project, from the Multilanguage option in the sidebar
- Business App and Driver App staff and drivers pick their own interface language from Profile, on their own device
- The choice is saved on that device, not the account, so a phone and a tablet can show different languages
- The language list only appears once the project has more than one enabled language

Dashboard

## Date, time, and phone formats for your region

A few more regional controls round out how your platform presents information to customers and your team.

- General time format: 24-hour, 12-hour, or a custom string
- General date format: year-month-day or day-month-year, each paired with 24-hour or 12-hour time, or a custom layout
- A separate, shorter date format just for scheduled preorders
- Skip strict phone-number validation so customers can enter international or non-standard formats

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Set languages and translations**

Enable the languages your project offers, choose the default, and translate your interface text with Language Manager and your product content from the product editor.

2. 02**Set currency and number formats**

Choose your currency symbol and position, and the decimal and thousand separators your customers expect.

3. 03**Set dates, distance, and phone formats**

Choose date and time formats, kilometers or miles, and whether to accept international phone numbers.

## Good to know

- Language Manager holds every piece of interface text as an editable key, so new keys appear as the platform grows.
- Enabling a language, translating interface text, and translating product content are managed separately.
- Switching the language in the Business App or Driver App changes that device's interface only, not the customer-facing language or every teammate's device.
