Delivery areas and schedules

## What you can do

- ### Zones on a map

  Define a zone as a circle, a polygon, everywhere, or by distance from the store, or import zones as KML files. Customers outside every zone don’t see the store in the listing, and an address change on the store page, at checkout, or in a reorder is checked against the zones again.

- ### A fee and minimum per zone

  Set a delivery fee and minimum order for each zone, and the right charge applies from the customer’s location.

- ### Shared zones

  Use the same delivery zone for several stores.

- ### Zones shared across businesses

  In a marketplace, different businesses can share a delivery zone, so if one cannot cover a delivery another business on the same platform can take it instead.

- ### Hours by day

  Set opening and closing times for each day, add more than one time range, and copy a schedule to other days.

- ### Pickup without delivery charges

  Pickup orders skip the delivery time estimate and the delivery fee.

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Draw or import a zone**

   Draw the zone on the map, or import it as a KML file.

2. 02**Set the fee and minimum**

   Enter the delivery fee and minimum order that apply inside the zone.

3. 03**Set the store hours**

   Enter opening and closing times for each day.

## Good to know

- Customers outside every zone you define do not see the store for delivery.
