# Every customer account, in one place.

Find any customer account in the Dashboard, review its profile, saved places, and orders, and export the list you need. Customers manage their own marketing preferences, profile, and account, and drivers and admins rate them after a delivery.

Customer records

## What you can do

- ### Active and inactive customer lists

Dashboard > Users > Customers separates Active and Inactive accounts, with quick filters for No orders, With orders, and With 5 or more orders.

- ### Search and advanced filters

Search by phone number, or open advanced filters for customer ID, name, email, phone or email verification, sign-up date, and loyalty level.

- ### A complete customer profile

Open a customer to review their profile, saved places, orders grouped by status, custom fields, and wallet information.

- ### CSV export and account actions

Request a CSV export of the current list and filters, or add, enable, or delete a customer account from the same list.

- ### Marketing notification preferences

Customers choose email, SMS, and push marketing preferences separately, apart from the notifications they get about an order.

- ### Required profile completion

Customer App and the ordering website can ask a signed-in customer to complete missing profile fields before they continue.

- ### Customer account removal

Customers can remove their own account from My Account, with a confirmation step that is separate from logging out.

- ### Rate customers after a delivery

Drivers and admins rate the customer on a completed order, from 1 to 5, with an optional comment.

Dashboard

## Every customer account in one list.

Users > Customers is where your team finds a customer account, reviews what the Dashboard returns about it, and opens the full record when a row is not enough context.

- Separate Active and Inactive views, with quick filters for No orders, With orders, and With 5 or more orders
- Search by phone number, or open advanced filters for customer or external ID, first name, last name, email, phone or email verification state, sign-up date, and loyalty level
- Open a customer to review their profile, saved places, orders grouped by status such as Pending, In progress, Completed, and Canceled, custom fields, and wallet information
- Request a CSV export of the current list and its filters; the file goes to the requesting account's email
- Add a new customer account, change an account's active state, or delete an account from the same list

Customer app and website

## Marketing preferences customers set for themselves.

Customers decide which marketing channels reach them, separately from the operational messages they get about an order in progress.

- Email, SMS, and push marketing preferences are separate switches for the current account, not one combined toggle
- The ordering website's sign-up form can show a preference for newsletters and promotions that the customer checks to opt in
- Each channel needs its own explicit customer action; Ordering.co does not turn on a channel just because it was left blank
- Marketing preferences are separate from the operational notifications a customer receives about an order in progress

Customer app and website

## A profile-completion step before checkout.

When a signed-in customer's account is missing information a store needs, Customer App and the ordering website ask for it before the customer continues.

- Customer App and the ordering website can require missing profile fields, such as name, contact information, or birthdate, before continuing
- The representative website screen asks for name and last name; another site can ask for different configured fields
- Customers complete every field shown and select Continue to move on
- When email or phone verification is also required, the profile step comes first, then verification

Customer app

## Customers can remove their own account.

From My Account, a customer can update their profile or ask to remove their account entirely, a separate and more permanent choice than logging out.

- My Account includes Update for profile fields and a separate Remove account action
- Remove account shows a confirmation step before anything is deleted
- Removing an account is different from Logout, which only ends the current session
- Customers reach My Account from their Profile overview

Driver app and Dashboard

## Drivers and admins rate the customer after a delivery.

On a past order, the Driver App and the Dashboard can offer Review customer so a driver or an admin can record how the handoff went.

- Review customer can appear on a completed, rejected, cancelled, or failed order that has a customer and no existing review
- Drivers and admins choose a rating from 1 to 5, labeled Terrible, Bad, Okay, Good, or Great
- Drivers and admins can select quick-comment suggestions or add a short comment about the delivery
- Only one review can be submitted for the same order and customer

How it works

## From setup to the next order.

1. 01**Find the account**

Search by phone number, or use the advanced filters to narrow the list in Users > Customers.

2. 02**Review or act on it**

Open the profile to review saved places, orders, and wallet information, or use the list's account actions to add, enable, or delete it.

3. 03**Export what you need**

Request a CSV export of the current list and filters. Ordering.co sends the file to the requesting account's email.

## Good to know

- Customer records hold personal and account data. Handle names, contact details, addresses, and order history under your own privacy and access policies.
- Ratings on Ordering.co include customers rating stores, products, and drivers, and drivers and admins rating customers after a delivery.
