No. We handle the entire build, deploy, and ongoing updates. Your team manages day-to-day operations from a simple admin dashboard — products, orders, vendors, promotions, analytics. If you do have a developer, we can give them direct access to extend things further, but it's not required.

For Individual storefronts, most migrations finish in 14 days from kickoff — including product imports, customer data, payment setup, and the mobile app build. World marketplaces take 18–21 days because of vendor onboarding. Extra Custom builds run 28–35 days. We handle the migration for free; no developer required.

No. Every template is fully customized for your brand — colors, typography, photography, copy, product flow. The template is the starting point; your brand is the destination. We've shipped hundreds of stores on v26 and no two of them look alike.

In most cases, yes — but the right answer depends on what you currently have. We've migrated customer records, order history, products, reviews, and loyalty balances on past projects, and v26 connects natively with thousands of third-party tools (POS, accounting, marketing, analytics).
